Evans Kyere-Mensah is the Chief Executive Officer of AgricImpact Ghana Limited, an agrifood firm engaged in production, processing and delivery of cassava based derivatives and other agribusiness services. His current project is working to process the cassava into bio ethanol fuel to power stoves for clean cooking to accelerate energy efficiency and reduce carbon emissions and pollution. A multitalented personality who combines determination, commitment, and intense advocacy, he aims to strategically transform the Ghanaian cassava industry. Through hard work he seeks to become a leading global player in the cassava based value addition.

He is also the founder of Agricwealth-Ghana, a not-for- profit organization that seeks to inspire and drive agricultural and climate change transformation among the youth in Ghana and beyond. He has spoken on several important media platforms both locally and internationally on the impact of climate change on human lives. He has successfully held various conferences on modern methods of farming and agribusiness across various institutions in Ghana; successfully executing an APEL CIDA-KNUST project that trained over 200 women in mushroom production in five communities in Bono Region and developed a thriving market for them between 2012 and 2013. He has trained over 800 youth on the impact of climate change on agriculture and led many to plant over 4000 trees to offer solutions as a nature based solution to land degradation.

He is the initiator and lead converner of Ghana Youth Agriculture Summit, a wholly non-partisan platform that seeks to mobilise over 3 million youth across Ghana and beyond; to channel their energies, talents and focus on agricultural entrepreneurship and climate change resilient projects; spurring the national development agenda for food and nutritional security, fostering sustainable growth mitigating climate change risks, reducing youth unemployment and creating decent income for the youth, women and the vulnerable in society. The annual summit garnered over 10,000 youth across Ghana in attendance, continues to inspire, train and offer support to many youth led enterprises.

He owns over 500 acres of cassava and maize plantations and additional 5000 acres of uncultivated land yet to be expanded.

He is also the founder and lead convener of Africa Agriculture Investment Summit, London, which seeks to promote sustainable agriculture and climate change investment opportunities about Africa to the diaspora communities in the United Kingdom and the rest of the world. In March, 2024, Evans held the maiden London summit at 02 with over 200 diaspora business leaders in attendance from different countries and hosted prominent speakers from WTO, Cocobod, Ghana Standard Authority, Ghana Free Zone Authority, British Business investment and others.

He believes that it is Africa’s turn to feed the world through a technological and environmentally sustainable drive of smart agriculture, to ensure food security.

Evans is 2023 MUNICIPAL BEST CASSAVA FARMER

Evans won the "BEST AGRI ADVOCACY AWARD-2022" by Guzakuza and Women In Agribusiness.
