Uloma Is currently an advisor to Sunclave Investment Limited the pre-eminent Agri-Fintech and Green finance Company in Nigeria and the Founder of Miconcorporation LLC USA, a Global consultancy company focused on guiding foreign companies interested in investing and developing socio-economic and infrastructural community based projects in Africa. 
She is a Social Entrepreneur and a Political Analyst.
Founder and President of The Bold and Beautiful Youth Foundation committed to women and youth empowerment which has put together several conferences and workshops to support the advancement of women and youths in Nigeria in the area of capacity building. She currently serves as a Tele marketing strategist with AT&T in the United States of America (USA).
Previously, she held senior roles as a banker in Platinum Bank Plc Nigeria, Bank of Scotland and Santander United Kingdom.
Uloma holds a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics and Economics from the University of Nigeria Nsukka and a Master’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Aberdeen Scotland United Kingdom.

Is a Liberian/Ghanaian American author of The Art of Weed Butter and

co-founder of Xula Herbs, a cannabis wellness brand, and interdisciplinary professional, working in the legalized cannabis markets since 2005. Her work on thas been featured in Bloomberg, Vogue, The Washington Post, Vanity Fair, High Times, and others. She’s been invited to speak on panels at MoMA PS1, So ho House, Centro de la Imagen, Museo Taller José Clemente Orozco, and Neuehouse about her work and research on t he intersections of cannabis, herbs, foodways and African’s diaspora. She is a founding board member of the Floret Coalition, an anti-racist cannabis collective, funding monthly equity-oriented actions for the Black, Indigenous, and Latin communities most harmed by the war on drugs. Based in Mexico City for almost a decade, her work explores the through-linebetween cannabis, foodways, and the diasporic connections between Africa and Latin America.

A visionary, a scholar and thought provoking speaker, Dr Agbai has devoted over four decades in the public and private sector. In addition to the problems of leadership according to Dr Agbai, Africa needs total reorientation of the citizenry in the way we think. And this is why he believes people of diaspora must build a synergy with those at home. - Dr Agbai, an American of Nigeria extraction, leaving Nigeria for (after finishing high school) the United States of America for his university education. - Dr Agbai holds a PhD in international Relations, Masters in international law cum Diplomacy and a Bachelors in Public Policy/Journalism - Dr Agbai currently is the Executive Vice President, Center for Policy & Foreign Engagement, a position that gives him great insight into the role people of the diaspora can play in modifying behaviors at our respective home fronts. - Dr Agbai is a member, Board of Trustee (BOT) President Obasanjo Presidential Library - Former Secretary, Nigeria Presidential Dairy Development Program (during President Obasanjo Administration). - Former Special Adviser to the FCT Minister (During late President Yar'Adua administration ). - Former Commissioner for Information, culture & Tourism Abia State, Nigeria
